This policy explains what information DiyaTV collects when you use this website and how it is used.
Information you give us
- Newsletter: your email address, the date you subscribed and the consent wording you agreed to.
- Contact form: your name, email address and message.
- Comments: your name, email address (never published) and comment.
- Classified ads: the details you enter in your listing, including contact details. Your email address and phone number are shown publicly only if you choose to display them. Photo location data (EXIF) is removed when photos are uploaded.
Information collected automatically
Our servers record standard request logs, including IP addresses, to keep the site secure and to prevent abuse such as spam. We count page views to show our most-read stories; this count is not linked to you. The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Embedded YouTube videos load only when you press play, and are then subject to YouTube's own privacy policy.
How we use information
We use your information only to provide the service you asked for: to send the newsletter, reply to messages, show your comments and listings, and protect the site. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. You can delete a classified listing at any time using your private manage link. To ask for a copy or deletion of other information, contact us.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page.
